Slide Returns & Exchanges Returns & Exchanges Our 30-day even exchange policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the best decision in purchasing fine jewelry from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange your item* WITHOUT custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the order date for an even exchange.

*Customized jewelry pieces are non-returnable. You may exchange these items for another size or send it in for repair if the item has a manufacturer's defect. All exchanges must be done within 30 days of the date of shipment.


All exchanges , not due to manufacturer's defect, are subject to a $15 restocking fee.




Once we receive your returned item it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Intrigue Jewelers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for exchanges.

Once we receive your item, please allow a few business days for your new item to be shipped.

Note: Intrigue Jewelers is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Sizing fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Online Price, including sizing fees, might be different than Retail Store*.
You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred.
NOTE: Unless it is a manufacturer's defect, you are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.
